Can I rent games for longer than 1 day?
Absolutely! Just select a longer duration on our rental calendar and see the new prices generate on the screen. We discount our games at least 40% starting with the second day.
Where do I pick-up my order?
Our pick-up/drop-off locations are located at our operator's homes. Each order will always be ready for pick-up on the front driveways/porches at the scheduled pick-up time. You will have the option to choose customer pick-up while viewing your order in the shopping cart.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Similarly to customer pick-up, you will have the option to choose Lonestar Delivery and Pick-Up Service while viewing your order in the shopping cart.
Be sure to view our Delivery Zones so you select the appropriate one to add to your order.
What happens if I lose or damage a piece of equipment?
Customers who lose or damage a piece of Lonestar Game Rentals equipment will be charged the fair market value to replace the item.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Lonestar Game Rentals allows customers to reschedule their event one time for free if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling request made within 24 hours of the confirmed event will not receive a refund.

Lonestar Game Rentals' team members include past and present educators and teachers! We are proud to offer 15% off to all teachers and faculty that work for a public, charter, or private school in Texas! Please reach out to us via email, letting us know what school/district you work for, and we will be happy to send you a quote that includes the discount!
